NAFT Federal Credit Union is proud to continue supporting local students through its 2026 Scholarship Program, awarding multiple scholarships to graduating seniors across the Rio Grande Valley.
The scholarship program honors several individuals whose dedication to education and the Credit Union left a lasting impact on the community, including Manuel Rivera, Jr., Suzy Brinkman-Doughty, Richard P. Light, Leonel Barrera, and Daniel Leal.
Scholarships are awarded to selected students from multiple Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District campuses, as well as participating schools in Donna, Edinburg, Brownsville, McAllen, Los Fresnos, San Benito, and surrounding areas.
Recipients are chosen by school counselors or designated selection committees based on demonstrated financial need and plans to pursue higher education.
